Each client has a private, encrypted folder on Google Drive — accessible only to you and Mindful Capital Management. Upload documents at any time, from any device.
How it works

Contact us to set up your private Google Drive folder. You'll receive a secure sharing invitation directly to your email — no account creation required beyond a free Google account.

Click the link in your invitation email and you'll land directly in your personal folder. Drag and drop files or use the upload button. Your folder is only visible to you and your adviser.

You'll receive a confirmation once your documents have been reviewed. If anything else is needed, we'll reach out directly. No chasing, no fax machines.
Privacy & Security
Your folder is shared exclusively with your email address. No other client can see your documents, and no one outside of Mindful Capital Management has access.
Documents are stored on Google Drive infrastructure — encrypted in transit and at rest, with access logs maintained by Google.
Existing clients
Use the secure link sent to your email when your folder was created. If you need the link resent or have trouble accessing your folder, contact us directly.

Document Guide
Please do not upload documents containing passwords, PINs, or full Social Security numbers unless specifically requested. When in doubt, contact us first at elias@mindfulcapitalmgt.com.
